ADA Accessibility

The Whidbey Ren Faire welcomes visitors of all abilities and strives to make an amazing experience for all.  This being said, the current site is a large hay field on a gentle slope and not an established venue with walking paths.  Do bring a helper if ADA requirements are needed.

ADA parking will be available near the front gate.  Additional ADA parking with shuttle service is located at Fort Nugent Park.  (2075 SW Fort Nugent Ave, Oak Harbor, WA 98277 )

ADA porta potties are available around the event and in the campgrounds.

For service animals, there are designated areas to provide relief, these will be marked.

We want all our guests to feel welcome and have a safe and enjoyable experience at the Ren Faire. During recent on-site testing, we found that three-wheeled mobility scooters may have difficulty navigating the gently sloping and uneven terrain of the event grounds. This type of scooter may be at risk of tipping, especially on inclines or softer ground.

For your safety, we strongly recommend using four-wheeled scooters or other mobility devices with increased stability. If you have any questions or concerns about accessibility or mobility options, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’re happy to help make your visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
